We do not use this data to diagnose, treat, or make clinical decisions about you, and any ranges, flags, or trends shown alongside it are informational only rather than a clinical assessment. We do not sell your health-related data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Website Analytics

We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our public website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, so we can improve our site and services. Website usage data is captured using first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to understand which pages and features are popular and how visitors move through the site. We also use this information for site optimization and fraud and security purposes.

Clarity runs only on our public marketing pages. It is switched off in signed-in areas of the platform, so it never records your dashboard, lab results, body scans, or other health-related data. We also use Google Analytics to measure traffic across our website and platform, such as which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and general device and location information. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. It records page visits, not the contents of your dashboard, and it does not receive your lab results, body scans, or other health-related data.
